The ECP has failed to publish a final list of candidates for the upcoming elections in accordance with its amended schedule.
The schedule said the final list was to be published by June 30.
An ECP official who spoke to Dawn claims the law has not been violated as returning officers have displayed final lists of candidates outside their offices and also provided candidates with their copies.
