Overseas Pakistanis may not get to vote in elections 2018, but there is some encouraging news on adding previously ignored demographics into the electoral fold.

Today's Dawn tells us that people with physical disabilities will be allowed to vote in the upcoming democratic exercise through postal ballots.

Those issued special computerised national identity cards meant for physically impaired persons by the National Database and Registration Authority have been asked to apply with the returning officer concerned to avail the facility by July 5. — an excerpt from the story
