CHARSADDA, Jan 8: ANP rejects the politics of ‘deals’, Awami National Party President (Charsadda District) Sangeen Wali Khan, son of Khan Abdul Wali Khan.

He was addressing meetings on Monday at the Shakoor and Tarnab villages.

The ANP was still firm in following the internal and foreign policies chalked out by Bacha Khan and Wali Khan. Bacha Khan had thought the solution of all the foreign policy related problems of Pakistan, he said.

He said that today the rulers favoured his policy while at that time Bacha Khan and Wali Khan had been blamed as traitors for advocating the policy.

Mr Khan said Bacha Khan was of the view that the solution of all the economic and internal problems of Pakistan was hidden in the devolution of power and transferring power from centre to the provinces. He said that today even the military rulers were convinced of this fact.

He said that now the whole world accepted the rights of Pakhtoons. American President G.W Bush and Britain Prime Minister Tony Blair also recognized the role of Pakhtoon in the world politics.

He asked the party workers to remain united under the flag of the ANP and spread Bacha Khan’s message of peace.
