KOHAT, May 23: A retired army major has been booked for smuggling a large quantity of arms and ammunition from Darra Adam Khel into Kohat in his car, police said. Rahat Ali Shah was arrested on a tip-off. Checking of his car led to recovery of seven 12-bore repeaters, one 7 mm rifle, eight 30 calibre pistols and cartridges from secret cavities.
