Pro-army rally staged

LAHORE: Pakistan Zindabad Movement on Saturday carried out a pro-army rally in the city.

The rally started from the Lahore Press Club and ended at Nasser Bagh.

The participants were carrying banners and placards inscribed with slogans in favour of the armed forces. They were also chanting slogans to lay down their lives to protect the country.

Pakistan Zindabad Movement Chairman Haris Khan Kakar said all the Pakhtuns were loyal to the country and they would not allow anyone to question the armed forces.

He said the armed forces had rendered sacrifices to end terrorism.
