Training camp from Monday

LAHORE, May 21: The Pakistan Judo Federation (PJF) will organise a training camp for women which starts on Monday. PJF secretary Mahmood Naveed, said on Friday that experienced coaches of the federation, who had black belt would conduct the camp.

The trainees would learn the basic techniques to hone their skill which could be used both for self-defence and as sports.

He said that the initial duration of this camp was for one month only and the training was free of charge.

“Those trainees who are desirous of continuing their training could do so and will achieve higher rank in the next camp that will start soon,” he said.

The players are advised to contact Shahid Javed the senior coach of the federation.
