ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Cricket Club defeated Attock Cricket Club in the final of the PAF T20 Champions Trophy for the Blind here at the PAF Complex Cricket Ground on Wednesday.

After being put into bat, Attock Cricket Club scored 174 for the loss of four wickets in the allotted overs. Ehtasham-ul-Haq was the highest scorer with a knock of 66.

In response, Islamabad Cricket Club comfortably chased the target in 18.1 overs while losing only two wickets. Akmal Hayat played a superb innings of 65.

Six teams from Sargodha, Sheikhupura, Quetta, Hyderabad, Attock and Islamabad participated in the tournament.

Air Vice Marshal Salman Ahsan Bokhari, the PAF Director General Security, who was the chief guest on the occasion, handed the prizes to the winners.
