SHIKARPUR, May 18: An employee of a vehicle-tracking company was killed by armed men on the Shikarpur-Jacobabad highway on Monday night. Shahzaib Naqvi and Tehseen Raza Zaidi were on way to Jacobabad in a car. They were signalled to stop near Sultankot by some armed men.

When they did not stop, the armed men opened fire on the car. As a result, Shahzaib Naqvi, who was driving the car, received bullet injuries and was admitted to the Shikarpur civil hospital where he died.

His colleague, who was slightly injured, was discharged after first aid.
