PCB proposes venues

LAHORE, May 16: The Pakistan Cricket Board has proposed to India Lahore, Karachi and Rawalpindi as venues for next year’s Test series. Similarly, Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, Faisalabad and Multan are selected as venues for the one-day matches.

The PCB could shift Rawalpindi Test to Faisalabad, if the board did not get control of the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.

The PCB has been struggling to take control of the Pindi Stadium and the Arbab Niaz Stadium in Peshawar. Though the PCB is satisfied with the cooperation of the management of the Peshawar’s stadium it has complaints against the working of the Pindi management.
