PESHAWAR, May 15: The Pakistan Muslim League’s youth wing here has called for purging troublemakers from its ranks, and it acknowledged that some elements in the youth organisation were harming it. The PML Youth Wing in Peshawar Division made the call during an emergency meeting with the organisation’s president Malik Adil Awan at his residence. Expressing serious concern over the presence of miscreants in the youth organisation, it urged the president to order the expulsion of all such elements.

The meeting was also attended by general secretary Malik Anwar Zeb, senior vice president Qasim Khan Qasim, vice president Jan Bahadar and press secretary Khan Nazir Afridi.

Malik Adil said some miscreants within the organisation were trying to weaken it and warned that they would face disciplinary action and would soon be expelled.

Participants on the occasion assured them of their full support to the Muslim League Workers Ittehad under the leadership of Arbab Ghulam Haider, the provincial president, and general secretary Saeed Butt.
