ISLAMABAD, May 13: Pakistan and Sri Lanka on Friday officially announced that free trade agreement (FTA) between the two countries would come into operation from June 12. The announcement came following the conclusion of 9th Session of Pakistan and Sri Lanka Joint Economic Commission in Colombo, according to an official announcement released to the media here on Friday. This would be the first ever FTA of Pakistan with any country.
