LAHORE: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) started on Tuesday a two-day workshop on Decision Review System (DRS) for umpires and match referees.

Denis Burns, umpires’ coach of the International Cricket Council (ICC), is conducting the workshop.

It may be mentioned here that Pakistan Super League’s third edition is scheduled to commence in the UAE from Feb 22 while DRS was implemented for the first time in T20 matches during the 2017 PSL.

With the ICC Standard Playing Conditions for T20 matches now having adopted DRS for T20 matches, PSL’s third season will feature the technology being used in all 34 matches.
