ISLAMABAD, May 10: Parliamentary Secretary for Kashmir Affairs and Northern Areas Sardar Shahjehan Yusuf on Tuesday tendered an unconditional apology before the Supreme Court for having filed a false affidavit in a case pertaining to death of a girl. “A member can be disqualified for filing a wrong affidavit before the court,” Justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry observed while hearing a compromise case.
