MIRPURKHAS: Mirpurkhas under 19 cricket team defeated Badin under-19 by 6 wickets here on Thursday in the PCB regional inter- district one day tournament being played at Municipal Sports Complex.
Badin elected to bat first and scored 177 in 41 overs with Ajaz Ali and Muhammad Khalid scoring 53 and 30 respectively. Mirpurkhas fast bowler Asim Ali and left arm spener Muhammad Aizaz ggot three wickets each.
In reply Mirpurkhas achieved the target in 33rd over for the loss of four lwickets with Muhammad Waseem scoring a fluent 69.
Captain Raz Muhammad (50) aalso batted well. Muhammad Khalid of Badin team bagged 2 wickets.
