Sponsorship deal for Talib

ISLAMABAD, May 5: Promising Islamabad golfer Talib Hussain has signed a sponsorship deal with a private telecom company. Beginning his professional career in 1999 at Islamabad Golf Club, Talib has done well in a number of tournaments including the 2004 COAS Open and the President of Pakistan Gold Medal Championship in 2002. Talib was initially involved in the game as a ball boy in 1982 at Islamabad Club and became a caddy seven years later. On Friday, he will be seen in action at the President of Pakistan Gold Medal Open Championship at the Club.
