SIALKOT, May 4: Hundreds of teachers, including women, took out a rally against the government on Wednesday to protest the rejection of their 13-point charter of demands. The rally was led by Punjab Teachers Union information secretary Abdul Rashid Nagra and PTU’s Sialkot head Mehdi Shah.

Starting from the railway station, the rally terminated at district government offices. Carrying banners and placards, the protesting teachers also chanted slogans in favour of their demands.
