Mubashir shines

KARACHI, Dec 14: Pace bowler Mubashir Nazir captured five for 31 to help Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL) score a four-run victory over Karachi Port Trust (KPT) in the Patron’s Cup Pool ‘B’ one-day match in Peshawar on Sunday.

According to details KPT were bowled out for 133 in 49 overs despite Farhan Iqbal’s 51.

Earlier, medium-pacer Adeel Malik claimed three wickets in his opening over.

But a last wicket stand of 43 between skipper Rao Iftikhar (37) and Mohammad Siddique (3) enabled ZTBL recover from 94 for nine to 137 all out in 35.3 overs.
