SUKKUR: The Grand Democratic Alliance (GDA) on Friday finalised the venue of its power show planned for Nov 26.

Speaking to the media, MPA Nusrat Sehar Abbasi, whose Pakistan Muslim League-Functional is the most powerful component of the alliance, said the show would be held in a ground next to the Khajoor (dates) Mandi close to the Rohri bypass on the outskirts of Sukkur.

Accompanied by Faqeer Inayatullah Buriro, Ellahi Bukhsh, Aneel Bhatti, Bachal Mahar and other senior activists, MPA Abbasi visited the venue before briefing local reporters about the public meeting.

She said the Nov 26 GDA show would be the biggest ever held by a political alliance in the interior of Sindh. She said the alliance would also emerge victorious in the next general elections in the province and enable the PML-F to bring its chief minister.
