The OPPO F5 is here to help take the best selfies

Smartphone maker OPPO has officially launched their new flagship device, the OPPO F5.

Along with the launch, the company also unveiled their new slogan – ‘The selfie expert and leader’, highlighting the brand’s push towards being the go-to device for selfie lovers in Pakistan.

OPPO is now officially present in 30 global markets, with their devices being enjoyed by over 200 million customers.

At the unveiling, OPPO also announced that Bollywood superstar Sidharth Malhotra would be joining Deepika Padukone as the official brand ambassador.

Commenting on the latest development, Malhotra said “I am very excited to be a part of the growing OPPO family. I’m very impressed with the A.I. Beauty Technology. I was awestruck by how natural my selfies now look and it is amazing how OPPO has identified the pulse of the Pakistani youth and the trend (of) Selfies.”

The F5 is now available across Pakistan for Rs 31,899, with the company kick-starting its sale alongside the inauguration of OPPO’s biggest outlet in Fortress Stadium, Lahore. Pakistan cricket team captain Sarfaraz Ahmed and top ranked ODI bowler Hasan Ali were chosen as ‘One Day Celebrity Shop Managers’ for the event.

With the new brand slogan, ‘The selfie expert and leader’, OPPO is trying to represent its mission of providing the best selfie experience to Pakistan's youth. From being the first to introduce a built in ‘beauty’ mode in 2012 to being one of the first companies to introduce selfie focused devices, OPPO has been consistently making its presence felt to the local consumer.
