ISLAMABAD, Aug 18: Numan Yahya and Nouman- ul-Haq qualified for the final of Independence Day Junior Tennis Championship on Monday.

The final will be played at 5.00 p.m. on Wednesday.

Nouman-ul-Haq had to work hard against Sibtain Masood to win 6-3, 5-7, 7-5.

Numan Yaha outplayed Hamza Shahid in straight sets 6-1 6-1 in the second semifinal.

In the girls U-14 singls Sarah Mahboob beat Anoosha Aslam 5-4 (7) 4-1.—APP
