PESHAWAR, Aug 17: The acting governor of the NWFP, Bakht Jehan Khan, on Saturday directed the political authorities to visit jails in the province to identify cases registered under the Frontier Crimes Regulations and dispose them of expeditiously.
Presiding over a meeting on the law and order and Fata development during his first visit to the governor’s Fata secretariat, he issued directives to look into the cases of Fata people booked under the FCR for petty offences.
