KARACHI: Physicians course

KARACHI, Aug 9: Dean Faculty of Medicine, Karachi University, Prof Tipu Sultan, will inaugurate the eighth advanced course for family physicians and post graduates here on Sunday.

The Pakistan Society of Physicians (Karachi - Larkana chapters) are organizing the seven-day event with the theme “Advancement in Medicine” to be addressed by senior medical experts.

Senior physician Dr Mushtaq Hussein will be the chief guest at the concluding session to be held on August 16.

Those who will speak on the occasion are Prof Azher Farooqui, Prof Samad Shera, Dr Naseem Salahuddin, Dr Sarwar Jehan Zubeiri, Dr Ejaz Vohra, Dr Maqbool Jafferi, Dr Abdul Basit, Dr Zaman Sheikh, Dr Abrar Sheikh, Dr Vazir Sheikh, Dr Unaiza Niaz and Shaukat Javed.— APP
