ABBOTTABAD, Aug 7: The Ayub Medical Complex (AMC) administration has terminated services of two doctors after they were found guilty of serious negligence that led to the death of a patient.

Sadaqat, 25, a resident of Havelian, was operated upon in the AMC on July 25, where he was admitted for an appendicitis problem.

Both the doctors, Dr Aftab and Dr Ajmal, operated upon him. They allegedly overdosed him with anaesthesia. The patient died after remaining in coma for five days.—Correspondent
