Three security officials were injured after an improvised explosive device (IED) seemingly targeted their vehicle in the Johan area of Kalat on Sunday, security sources told DawnNews.
An IED planted by the road side in Johan exploded when a security forces vehicle passed by, officials said.
The injured personnel were shifted to Quetta for treatment.
There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the attack.
