KARACHI: Man, woman found dead

KARACHI, July 28: Two bodies were recovered from different areas of Moachko on Monday. One of the bodies was of a young man whereas the other of a woman. Both the bodies were stuffed in gunny bags which contained small notes of same matter.

Police said that the trussed-up body of a woman was found near the Moachko police station and graveyard at about 7am. At about 7pm, another trussed-up body of a young man was recovered from a garbage dump near Gulshan-i-Manzoor, Moachko.

There were marks of strangulation on both the bodies, police said.

ARREST: Police on Monday arrested six suspected robbers with TT pistols in their possession.

They were suspected to have been involved in looting bank customers coming out of different bank branches after drawing cash. They were arrested by the Investigation Wing, Saddar Town-II, which had found a clue to the suspects of a robbery.

DSP Gul Hameed Samoo said Sharif Khan, Ameer Khan, Zahid Khan, Salim alias uncle, Naved Pasha and Soomar Changezi were arrested in Garden and Saddar areas. Two stolen vehicles (B-5064 and KB-5456) were also recovered from their possession.
