KARACHI: An angry mob got hold of two suspected robbers and beat them severely before handing them over to the police in Orangi Town in the small hours of Monday, according to the Pakistan Bazaar police.

They added that two suspects were looting people near Khairabad restaurant in Sector 11 1/2 when the area people got hold of them and started thrashing them. In the meantime, a police party reached there and saved the suspects from possible lynching, said Pakistan Bazaar DSP Mushtaq Ahmed Tanoli.
