Positive reply by Customs

HYDERABAD, Dec 16: Pakistan Customs made a spirited reply to reach 179 for two in their first innings against Wapda in Patron’s Trophy Pool ‘A’ match at Niaz Stadium on Tuesday.

Left-hander Naseem Khan led the way with an unbeaten 72 while sharing partnership of 112 in 153 minutes skipper Aamir Bashir (47, six fours and one six). Naseem has so far hit 10 boundaries in his four-hour knock.

Earlier, a resolute last wicket partnership of 67 helped Wapda make 348 in their first innings after resuming at 284 for nine.
