LAHORE: A second cricket academy under the banner of Sports Board Punjab (SBP) is being inaugurated at the Jinnah Stadium in Sialkot on Thursday.

Former Test captain and former ICC president Zaheer Abbas is incharge of the entire programme of the academies, which are being set up in four cities in the first phase.

The academy in Rawalpindi is already underway and following Sialkot, they will also be held in Lahore and Multan.

SBP Director General Zulifqar Ghumman will inaugurate the academy in Sialkot. He informed that in the second phase, academies will be set up in all the districts of the province.
