KARACHI, Dec 5: The Shah Faisal Police said Khurshid Khan had been shot dead by unknown assailants in front of his house in Natha Khan Goth. They added that the 19-year-old youth had been killed as a result of some personal enmity.
DIES: A truck driver died in Korangi Industrial Area on Friday when an iron rod hit him in the head while he was mending a puncture.
The truck driver, Faiz Mohammad, 40, stopped near Murtaza Chowrangi when he had a flat tyre. The iron rod flew away and hit him in the head. He died when he was being taken to the Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre. His body was handed over to his relatives.
A 22-year-old private security guard, Javed Masih, was killed in the early hours of Friday when his gun went off. He was on guard at a factory near Singer Chowrangi in an area under the jurisdiction of the Sharafi Goth police station.
