KARACHI, Dec 3: International Day for the Disabled was observed at the Quaideen Special Education Centre here on Wednesday.

A number of special children with their parents participated in the function.

Students of the Vocational Training Centre for Disabled Persons and Quaideen Special Education Centre participated in speech and national song competitions. An arts and crafts

competition was also organized.—PPI
