Champion of Hills race on Dec 25

LAHORE, Dec 1: Pakistan Cycling Federation (PCF) will organise the Champion of Hills race from Rawalpindi to Murree on Dec 25, Idris Haider Khawaja, secretary-general, PCF, announced on Monday.

He said the participants will pedal off from Army Stadium, Rawalpindi, and reach Murree after two hours.

The events will be participated by all the affiliated units of the federation.

Meanwhile, Punjab team will compete in the first provincial games scheduled to be held in Punjab capital from Dec 19 to 21.

The trials for the selection of the provincial team will take place on Dec 6 at the Gaddafi Stadium cycling velodrome.

The affiliated units of the provincial body have been directed to send two best riders for the trials.—APP
