MULTAN, Dec 1: A girl was crushed to death by a bus near here on Sunday night.
Reports said Saba, 9, had gone to bazaar when she was run over and killed by a speeding bus.
Bus driver Talib Husain managed to escape from the scene.
CHRISTMAS FAIR: The district government has chalked out various programmes, including a Christmas mela and a musical show, for the entertainment of the Christian community on Dec 13.
DCO Mohammad Ijaz said on Monday the programmes would be held at the Multan Arts Council. A Christmas bazaar would also be arranged at the same venue from Dec 20 to 24.
Besides, the Fort Colony lake and the Shah Shams Park would be exclusively reserved for the Christian community on Dec 25 and 26.—APP
