KARACHI: Prof Dr Mozzam Ali Khan, Registrar, University of Karachi (KU), announced that the Board of Advanced Studies and Research (BASR), KU, in a meeting held under the chairmanship of Prof Dr Muhammad Qaiser, Vice Chancellor, has decided to award 41 PhD and 13 MPhil degrees in various disciplines, shared a university official.

BS admission test held

Admission test for BS (business administration) evening programme, KU, was conducted on Sunday.

An official of the institution said that 265 candidates took the test.

The director of admissions, Prof Dr Khalid Iraqi, and Prof Dr Shameel Ahmed Zubari monitored the admission test proceedings.

According to the director of admissions, strict security arrangements were made. He said that the admission test was conducted in a peaceful and disciplined manner.

The results of the test will be uploaded on the official website of KU on July 25.

The final list of successful candidates will be uploaded on the official website of the KU on Aug 1.
