7 booked for kidnapping

DADU, Nov 29: The Thariri Mohabat police on Saturday registered a case against seven persons in the kidnapping case of two sisters.

The sisters, Shahzadi Panhwar, 16, and Sughran Panhwar, 18, were kidnapped on Friday evening in the Baban Kalhoro village, Mehar taluka.

Maulvi Mohammad Panhwar, father of the girls, nominated Nawaz, Zaffar, Manzoor Ali, Abdul Ghani, Kadan, Islam and Sajjan, all Kalhoros by caste, in the FIR.

The seven armed persons had barged into the house of Maulvi Panhwar, held the family members hostage, looted gold ornaments, cash and other valuables and taken away the two girls.
