The noble Ali Zafar

Our showbiz stars are sometimes accused of not looking beyond their noses. That’s not true. Most of them are very conscientious human beings.

A case in point is Ali Zafar who took an initiative and brought 52 Pakistani icons to stand in solidarity with the angels of APS Peshawar, as they expressed themselves in a music video for the moving song Urain Ge. Ali Z did not stop there. He donated 100 per cent of the sales from the song, which was made available on the Tazi Music platform, to the Citizens Foundation and 141schools.org.

It’s a good, noble gesture from the artist which should be appreciated and acknowledged.
