ISLAMABAD, Nov 24: The Ministry of Religious Affairs has decided to further extend the last date for the submission of accommodation documents for private/hotel accommodation in Makkah Mukarramah and Madinah Munawwarah upto December 10 for Haj 2004.

According to a press release, this has necessitated since most of the group leaders are still in the process of completion of their accommodation documents in Saudi Arabia for Haj 2004 and extension in time-limit may require due to the closure of offices and banks in Saudi Arabia on account of Eid holidays.

The press release says the documents should be duly authenticated by the agencies concerned of the Royal Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Pakistan directorate general of Haj, Jeddah.

The group leaders, who have already completed their accommodation documents are advised to furnish the same to the Haj directorates concerned at Karachi, Quetta, Peshawar, Lahore and Islamabad immediately so that they could be allocated Haj flights at the earliest.
