LAHORE: A four-member Pakistan junior badminton team will take part in the Asian Championships to be held in Bangkok from July 9 to 17.

Trials to select the squad are being held at the New Khan Badminton Hall here on June 3 and 4.

After the selection of the team, a training camp will also be held to prepare a strong team for the said event in the capital of Thailand.

Meanwhile, secretary of the Pakistan Badminton Feder­ation Wajid Ali, who is also former national champion, said that the federation will also hold senior and junior championships at the national level next month.
