SHEIKHUPURA, Nov 16: A multinational company is reportedly violating the court orders.

Muhammad Ashraf of Civil Lines area has obtained a stay order from a local court, barring construction of any kind on a piece of land near a housing colony on the Lahore Road.

The court order was published in various newspapers and copies of the stay order were sent to the district administration for perusal.

The court order was also dispatched to the administration of the Total Parco, a multinational company. Bothering little about the court order, the Total Parco have started the construction work on the site.

Regional sales officers of the company — Muhammad Khalid, Amjad Ali, Muhammad Akram and Abdul Mannan — razed the boundary walls and uprooted the main gate despite receiving court orders.

The lawyer’s community condemned the violation of court orders and demanded a strict action against the multinational company.
