NAUSHAHRO FEROZE, Oct 12: People are facing great difficulty as two courts of Naushahro Feroze i.e. civil court and judicial magistrate court No.III are without judges for last one year while the court of senior civil judge Naushahro Feroze is deprived of judge for last one month following suspension of its judge.

The family cases pending in Naushahro Feroze civil court have been transferred to Bhirya civil court and people of distant places like Darya Khan Mari, Padidan and Mithiani are compelled to travel to Bhirya to attend the hearings of their cases.

Judicial magistrate court No.III was also shifted to Kandiaro about a month ago and the judicial magistrate court NO.III has been converted into judicial magistrate court No.II.

People are awaiting posting of judges in the three courts of the district head quarter.

The lawyers said that Pakistan government should not allow the USA forces to use the country’s airports.
