LAHORE, Nov 14: Noted environmentalist Dr Pervez Hasan has stressed the need to combat pollution at different levels otherwise it will cause devastating effects on the health of Lahorites.
He was delivering a lecture organized by the Environmental Protection Society of the Government College University on Friday.
Deliberating upon air, noise and water pollution in Lahore, he asked the students to actively take part in efforts to reduce the problem. He also asked them to help clean the Lahore canal.
