KARACHI: KBCA men demoted

KARACHI, Nov 13: Chief Controller Building Control Authority, Brig A.S. Nasir, has taken action against a number of KBCA officers and ordered their demotion.

Accordingly, Controller Administration Capt Shahid Waseem has been demoted from grade 19 to 18 and Deputy Controller Ghazanfar Ali Naqvi from grade 18 to 17.

As per the CCOB order the annual increment of Assistant Public Relations Officer Mohammed Ali Naqvi has been withheld, while Transport Officer Nihal Ahmed Siddiqi has been demoted from Grade 17 to 9 and placed under suspension.

According to KBCA the case of reinstatement of Controller Administration Capt Shahid Waseem will be reconsidered keeping in view his nature of work and performance.—APP
