KARACHI: Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) weathered an early storm before scoring twice in the second half to seal their place in the All Pakistan Aman Football Tournament final with a 2-0 win over DFA West on Sunday.

Holders DFA West had three clear cut chances in the opening 10 minutes of the semi-final against the Pakistan Premier Football League (PPFL) side at the Peoples Sports Complex with Mohammad Amin being wasteful with his efforts.

They were made to rue for their profligacy when Shakir Lashari netted in the 50th before Ishtiaq sealed the result for PIA 12 minutes from time.
