Hostage recovered, five held

LARKANA, Nov 9: The Larkana police arrested five dacoits and recovered a hostage, Ali Dino Sariyo, from Rustam Bhand village on Sunday.

Sariyo was kidnapped from the Bindee village, near Moenjodaro, on Oct 23.

The district police officer, Larkana, Sardar Abdul Majeed Dasti, told this correspondent that acting on a tip-off a team of the crime investigation cell raided the village where the kidnapped man was being kept. The team was able to arrest five dacoits and recover the kidnapped man.

He said that Zamir Bhand was identified as the main kidnapper who during interrogation revealed that Gul Hassan Junejo and Dodo Jiskani had kidnapped Sariyo.
