FPSC exam results announced

ISLAMABAD, Nov 6: The Federal Public Service Commission on Thursday declared names and the order of merit of candidates, qualifying the Competitive Examination 2002.

According to an FPSC notification, issued here on Thursday, Zaid Bin Maqsood (Roll No.2909) from Punjab obtained first position while Waqas Hassan (2877) and Dr Kaukab Farooq (0206) from the same province secured second and third positions, respectively.

According to the order of merit, top 16 positions were secured by candidates from Punjab.

A total of 427 candidate from Punjab, Sindh, the NWFP and Fata were declared successful in the competitive examination’s final result.

It added that “the publication of the result in no way entitles candidates to any appointment.”—APP
