KARACHI: Factory worker shot dead

KARACHI, Nov 5: An employee of a factory was shot dead in Gulzar-i-Hijri on Wednesday night.

Police said that Abdul Ghaffar, 35, an employee of a factory in Ayub goth was returning home after finishing his work when unknown persons shot him dead and escaped.

The body was shifted to the Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for postmortem examination.

Police said that the victim hailed from Rahimyar Khan. They described the killing a result of some personal enmity.

KILLED: A man was stabbed to death by unknown persons in Lyari on Wednesday.

Police said that Nazeer Husain, 40, was killed in Baghdadi police limits. Police said that the body was taken to the Civil Hospital. However, the victim’s body was taken away by his relatives without autopsy.
