ISLAMABAD: The Cricket Association of the Blind in India (CABI) has announced schedule for the first Asia Cup Twenty20 Blind Cricket Tournament to be held from Jan 17 to 24, 2016 in Kochi, India.

Five Asian countries including Pakistan, Bangladesh, India, Nepal and Sri Lanka will be taking part in the event, said a press-release issued here Monday.

Teams will be arriving in Kochi on Jan16 while the inaugural ceremony will take place at the Jawaharlal Nehru International Stadium Kochi on Jan 17.

Pakistan will play their first match on Jan 18 against Nepal with the green-shirts taking on India on Jan 20 while their third clash will be against Sri Lanka the next day before their last face-off on Jan 22 against Bangladesh.

The final will be played on Jan 24 between two top teams on the points table at the Jawaharlal Nehru International Stadium.
