Run-off polls held

QUETTA, Oct 29: Habibullah Khetran was elected Barkhan district nazim with 99 votes, while his opponent Khalid Mehmood Khetran got 53 votes in the run-off election held for the post on Tuesday.

According to the results available with the provincial election commission, Mohammad Khan Luni was elected Loralai district naib nazim with 197 votes, while Haider Khan Nasar received 145 votes. Abdul Qayyum Kakar was elected Zhob tehsil nazim with 134 votes, while his rival, Mohammad Azam, got 87 votes.

Mohammad Hashim Notezai was elected Dalbandin tehsil nazim with 78 votes, while Amanullah Notezai got 56 votes.
