ISLAMABAD: The Federal Board of Revenue has made submission of electronic e-form mandatory for exporters from Nov 11, 2015.

An announcement issued on Friday said that all exports taking place through WeBOC must have an electronic e-form attached to their respective goods declarations (GDs).

To facilitate exporters in obtaining their e-forms, an intervening period has been allowed during which they can file applications using their WeBOC login/password.

The practice of uploading e-form in the WeBOC as well as physical submission of e-forms would be done away with from Nov 11.

All exporters and customs house agents must get their user IDs activated or registered immediately to avoid any last-minute hiccups.
