Turab’s fine all-round display

KARACHI, Oct 24: Thanks to a fine all-round performance by Turab Hussain Sindh Police beat Central Police by three wickets to become group “B” champions of the DHA Trophy KCCA Inter-firms league on Thursday.

First Turab took two wickets and hit an unbeaten 40 to steer his team to successfully chase Central Police’s respectable 229 for six wickets in 40 overs.

Despite the loss Central Police also moved into the quarterfinals.

In the other match Hinopak Motors defeat City District Government Karachi (CDKG) by nine wickets.
