Khalid named U-19 captain

LAHORE, Oct 18: Khalid Lateef has been appointed Pakistan Under-19 captain for this month’s quadrangular Asian Under-19 tournament which will be held at Lahore and Karachi from Oct 31 to Nov 5.

Pakistan, Sri Lanka, India and Bangladesh are the four teams taking part in the tournament. All countries have announced their teams for the contest.

The final will be held at Gaddafi Stadium on Nov 5.

Following are the names of four teams:

Pakistan: Sohail Ahmad, Khurram Manzoor, Jehangir Mirza, Shahid Yousaf, Muhammad Altaf, Salman Qadir, Mansoor Amjad, Riaz Afridi, Wahab Riaz, Ali Imran Pasha, Khalid Lateef, Zulqarnain Haider, Tariq Mahmood, Yasir Ali.

Officials. Mohammad Ilyas (manager), Aaqib Javed (coach). Dr. Sohail Saleem.
